Outside the realm of Political Economy, I really can't stand it when people cancel plans last second, especially if they ghost. If you're going to cancel on the group hangout, let us know!

Agreed! Having to manage that with the TTRPG group I run right now. Cutting it close.
I used to do this when I felt unwelcome (I actually was). Maybe you could make sure your friends know you really would like them to come

This one drives me up the Fucking Wallβ’, because how difficult is it to spend 2 seconds letting people know through text that you're not going? it's so inconsiderate and immature.
