I was super bummed when it reached EOL. I wish they would let folks host their own servers for it.

A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Yeah, this was part of that. Companies should open source their server software for these games when they hit EOL, but they rarely do.
