In response to a recent question from a reporter about whether the tariffs imposed by the United States on China will affect the import of American films, a spokesman for the State Film Administration said that the wrongful act of the U.S. government in imposing tariffs indiscriminately on China will inevitably further reduce the domestic audience's favorable impression of American films. We will follow the law of the market, respect the audience's choice, and moderately reduce the number of U.S. films imported.
