MODERATORS

I was looking at this list https://editorial.rottentomatoes.com/guide/great-feel-good-movies/ , but it seems like most of the movies were made from at least the late 2000s

Comedy:

  • Wicked Little Letters (2023)
  • Strays (2023)
  • No Hard Feelings (2023)
  • See How They Run (2022)

Family friendly:

  • Elemental (2023)
  • The Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023)

Drama:

  • Broker (2022)
  • The Wandering Moon (2022)
  • The Melchior Trilogy (3 films, all released in 2022)

I'm just going by the definition provided by the article. The dramas I chose are not really uplifting or feel-good in a conventional saccharine way, so I apologise in advance if they don't work for you. I personally find that style of film to have a much more positive effect on my mood, though, particularly over a few days as I reflect on it.

Thank you, I watched Elemental and the SMB movie, they definitely fit!
