to quell a bit of panic here, while yes, this ruling is stupid and blatantly enabling, the judges were unanimous that the renditioned people must get due process. The stupid ass ruling is that the venue is wrong.

Indeed, they dont care a lot that these folks are being abused, just the principle of it in theory.
