Homan told the local news last week that the family had been moved to Texas for questioning and was being kept in an “open-air” residential facility, pending a decision on their removal.

What the hell is an "open-air detention facility"? A camp?

It's a camp where they can learn to do things like concentrate on important life things. You know like a camp of concentration you might say.
