Honestly? Most shows drop in quality after season one.

One of the few shows to pleasantly surprise me was Black Sails, season 2 just went places in a way that most shows don't

also even if they are good after s1, the show shouldnt last more than 5 seasons, after that it just gets boring(except for scifi)
