How did it compare to the Mario Movie? Assuming you caught that one too.

The Mario movie is in a different category. Mario was phenomenal. It was funny and meme worthy. It had a good story. It could have stood on its own two feet as a solid movie even if someone had somehow never heard of Mario bros. Minecraft was none of these.

However my 8 year old enjoyed the Minecraft movie and she doesn't even play Minecraft. So... still might be worth it for you to go 😂
