Everything about this mascot is intended to have an effect from the wristband, to the white shirt, cheap blazer, unbuttoned shirt, no tie, average balding conservative white guy, lack of money projected by no visible watch, and the subtle way he is pointing. Even the choice of studio fill lighting from the left side out of shot and setup too bright to cast light into the direction of the text is a distinct compositional choice that screams Think Tank designed propaganda. Everything about that photo says 'this was shot in a very high end studio'.
