The bed being shoved in the corner is a big red flag. Put that in the middle of the room so you can walk around both sides. If it is needlessly difficult to put the sheets on you can bet they don't get changed very often.
Yea let me give up 12 sq ft at all times cause i need access when I was my sheets once a ~~REDACTED~~
