You definitely did. Third part of the real Fallout.

Plus other Fallout games are still "worth playing", they are a lot of fun, they just aren't "real Fallout" games.

We're arguing about taste, which is silly bordering on pointless.

I don't think that any fallout game Bethesda has been involved with is worth playing. You may enjoy new vegas, and all the other shooters, good for you. I enjoyed pure turn based combat, where my success didn't rely on my personal abilities to react and aim, but only that of my character.

Have you tried Atom RPG or it's sequel, Trudograd? Playstyle is based on the original F1&F2.
