Of those I’ve only seen Dirk Gently and Maxx. The later was cool to young me, but the former I just can’t get into. It feels too over the top random, like they’re forcing it too hard. Too bad, Dirk’s books are my favorite from Adams.
I found Dirk Gently to be fine, with the glaring exception that the main fucking character made it almost unwatchable.
Same for me except for the “almost” part. I quit midway through episode 2.
The American one, or the BBC one with Stephen Mangan?
