Not spinning this news hard enough.

"Trump has empowered states to take control of their own healthcare and disaster infrastructure by freeing them of the onerous red tape associated with this dirty CDC money. No longer will the federal government have yuge financial control over your states' medical industry! Now every state is free to tailor care and disaater response to the unique needs of their people! It's freedom folks, plain and simple."
