I wonder if one can just strap this bad boy on to the frame for around 25% more battery capacity :D

Well it wouldn't charge at all i believe, the output of a power bank is usually 5v. Instead your bike will charge your powerbank instead, since it's a bi-directional port.

No, today most powerbanks with high wattage use EPR Power Delivery. The one I linked can charge up to 140W and should be able to charge the bike. Voltage is variable, in this case around 28V at 5A.
