Why would the 4th not be with the other 3 If they drowned in a vehicle together?

Ejected from the vehicle, or managed to escape before drowning and hasn't been found yet.

The article doesn’t say that all four soldiers drowned together inside of a vehicle, just that four went missing, three of whom were in the vehicle.
