It's a useful feature! It's just the Rotation Assistant™ powered by AI!

It knows when your tires need to be rotated and ejects the offending tire immediately forcing you to have to deal with it. You know it's good because we put AI in the description!

It looks like the AI hallucinated a new axis of rotation and confidently started rotating the tires on that axis
