Kinda doubt that matters. It would take a revolution not just some arbitrary number provided by the Kremlin to topple him.

I don't mean the numbers provided by the Kremlin. I'm referring to the concept itself. As long as Russians are fine with that dickhead at the helm, his approval rating is 'acceptable'.
