Option to disable right swipe to go back? (lemm.ee)

There are a lot of options to change swipe actions, but I use my phone with my left hand and often try to swipe right to upvote, but when I do, half of the time it instead it goes back. Can we have an option to disable swipe-right-to-go-back?

If it's not in settings-> gestures that's probably a phone gesture you'd need to change on your device.

Swiping right doesn't go back for me.
