Could have sworn I had more 6" & 24" trigger clamps for stuff like this

Just watched an old New Yankee episode, where Norm built a cabinet of similar dimensions, and he used roughly similar amounts. Good work.

Nah the right way is to load the puppy up with as many staples, brads and screws that she can take.
