Yep mis trial. 100%. This boy is getting out.

Mistrial doesn't mean he gets out. It means that the trial starts over. He gets out with a not guilty verdict, and he gets out if the judge dismisses all the charges with prejudice (which can happen when there's egregious prosecutorial misconduct, or gross violations of 4A rights).
