I've always been suspicious of a terrorists passport being found by the twin towers just after 9/11.

It's not just about how well the footage holds up (as most sources focus on), it's about the circumstances surrounding it, being towards the end of the deception-focused cold war. If you subjected it to a proper due process, it would be ambiguous given all the objections.
