Ich hörte das Gegenteil zum Service. Nur unter Androhung mit Fristsetzung ist da was passiert

Echt? Naja Kundenservice ist ja oft Glückssache. Ich fand nett, dass ich das nächstteurere Produkt direkt aus deren Eigeninitiative bekam, weil meins ausverkauft war.
