Video description from YouTube4,229,807 views Mar 12, 2025 I did David Goggin's latest workout routine everyday for 100 days to see what it could do to a person's body.

I'm tired.

A quick journey through the microcosm that is the toxic world of fitness influencers.

I wish it was spelled out more clearly in the video, but please don't approach fitness the way this guy did.

I thought he’d snap out of it when he went to watch goggins speak. When he mentioned that his gf encouraged him to go it felt like the plan was to have him see everyone and it would snap him out of it.

"A quick journey through the microcosm that is the toxic world of fitness influencers."

you either didn't watch the video or somehow completely missed the point that he narrated and edited very clearly.

he found out a lot about himself by pursuing something that interested him, and seems to have ended up better appreciating the world, himself and those around him.
