Shaheds are mopeds with wings, export cost is in the 150k-200k range, domestic production costs estimates range 10k to 50k, which sounds about right for a two-stroke engine, a not completely shoddy airframe (not model styrofoam or such), payload, and some electronics depending on purchase power equivalence, how sanctioned you are, etc.
