Vertical mouse. Been using it for 10+ years now and (I hope) it's saved me from wrist injuries.

Good one. Mine also has a track ball on the thumb which I've really gotten to like. I've had to replace a few internal electronic pieces, mostly the click switches (I forget what they're called) but it's been going for a while now.
