Aren't all corporations in the states being forced to eliminate these initiatives or face ridiculous law suits?
No they're using threats from Trump that have no legal backing as an excuse to remove initiatives that don't actually want in the first place.
Plenty of places are actively and publicly leaving their DEI programs in place without any issue.
I'm happy to hear it.
