The ruling class is the Capitalist class. They are doing further Capitalism. Capitalism isn't only its less-developed stages, but also its dying stages.
You're not really contradicting what I've said.
The Capitalist class isn't murdering Capitalism, it is continuing it to its next stages. That will bring upon its own death, yes, but that death won't come from the Capitalists advancing it, but the working class for overthrowing it.
