Last update was 6 months ago, Ruben was active a week and a month ago, so seems to still be alive at least.

Would be a shame, it has a lot going for it, even though the bugs are stacking up =/

I have not noticed that. That kind of slowness is more likely caused by the server than the client, though. Not much Boost can do about it if it's not receiving the data.
