- No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in an account ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be permanently banned.
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules and use critical thinking when reading, posting, and commenting. Users that repeatedly have comments or posts removed, weaponize reports, or violate the code of conduct, will be banned.

If you were in the military would you follow orders that are unconstitutional? Which is to say, an order that requires you to suppress the American people?
I would hope service people would see what is happening and say no. But that's a hope more than anything.
UCMJ obliges members of the armed forces to not obey unlawful orders. Problem is they don't teach law when you're in, and some of this shit can get awfully complicated, and that's excepting the mountains of propaganda.
That's being said, we are fortunately not yet seeing the military of the US being used to suppress American citizens. But maybe tomorrow!
Phew, there's still time! Tomorrow's Sunday though and I usually go shopping. Maybe next week?
