Something that I realized about the fediverse is that you seem to be able to criticize the USA as a whole, but if you criticize the Democrats you get downvoted. Democrats suck they are not sacred cows (lemmy.ml)

You get two options with a history of nepotism and complacency. Independent parties stand no chance due to the funding.

Yes, democrats suck, but it's still better than voting for soulless fascists.

Democrats are souless fascist who conducted a 1 and 1/2 year genocide supporting a fascist regime. They tripled the police budget and militarized the police domestically to oppress minorities
