It's a reference to an ancient shock internet website called goatse.cx - it pictured a significantly dilated anus.
That was such a risky click...
You thought it might be worse than advertised?
Most of those shock sites are gone or have been replaced so my expectations have shifted. The risk was that I WOULD get what was advertised.
