So just so I'm understanding correctly. The long line of women are hookers? And are literally trying to force clients?

They are bar girls, trying to get guys into the bars to buy drinks.

There are lots of hookers but not these. These are just girls trying to drag you to shitty bars and often scamming you into buying drinks for them too.
