Just occurred to me, what about a "kids learning pantry" at local parks where you coul just have a bunch of free books there? As a parent, between Dolly Parton and our family/friends we have SO MANY books - it's gotta be a situation like clothes, right? New parents get a ton of them and you keep em till they're destroyed our outgrown but like 2/3 never see the light of day, so you might as well give them away...
