Moscow is harder to hit because it is likely defended. Go for just as valuable targets that are less defended
It's a waste of ammo. The movers and shakers in Moscow driving this war won't even care
They only care when it affects them personally
Ukraine could nuke half of Russia and those movers and shakers would still pretend nothing's wrong.
They've surrounded themselves with people that only tell them what they want to hear
Kind of hard to deny constant explosions going off in full view even if some of them are being intercepted
Yet, they absolutely would deny them.
Those explosions are definitely just a meteor shower and aurora borealis
They may not care but without oil their war halts anyway.
