The classrooms are eight meters underground. Most of the funds for the construction, 70 million UAH, were allocated by the Taiwanese government. Another 10 million were from the city budget.

By the end of the year, the city government plans to build five more such schools.

English also has upwards of 200, IIRC

But also, every single pronunciation is irregular, a result of English being 4-5 other languages in a trenchcoat. It's a decently easy language to write and learn the basics, but a massive pain to master
