That storm was loud so I woke a lot just from the volume.

I was surprised to wake up to apparent normality. I was washing dishes and looking out the kitchen window when I realised the bins were missing :D They went a fair distance and in different directions, but thankfully they didn't spill much of their contents.

The weird thing is that my phone signal (at least the mobile data) went from the afternoon for the rest of the day. The storm had passed by then for the most part.

Some shocking scenes in the news though and in texts from relatives. I feel sorry for people who fared worse.
