On American TikTok users cannot seatch the phrase "Donald trump rigged election", however when using a vpn to a mexican server the search does return results.

I think it's because you uploaded (or at least formatted) it as an inline image so when you changed the title the url was replaced.
Edit: lose the leading "!" if you want a clickable link with your chosen text, or leave it there and remove anything between "(" and ")" to have the image appear in your comment directly. In both cases you want the url between "[" and "]"
!()[url of image you want to appear directly in your comment]
or
!(text you want)[url of image or anything you want to link to]
