That can’t be good for like… something. I don’t know what because I’m not a car guy. But rims and suspension seems like a good start.

Honestly, it's probably pretty fine for everything except maybe the front right tire or maybe the rims on the left wheels if they scraped the ground.

Being up on 3 wheels at very low speeds isn't going to stress the suspension at all. And even if something bottomed out during that last drop off the wall, shocks/struts all have bump stops to prevent metal-metal impacts.

The lateral forces might look pretty extreme, but think about how much force is being taken during a sharp turn at speed. Most cars can corner at well north of 0.5g, which is half the car's weight pushing the car sideways, and even then it's tire grip that fails not suspension components.
