He should’ve passed proportional representation with the smaller parties but he instead pushed for instant-runoff voting which is often called “ranked choice voting”

This country deserves a real choice in the next election

Electoral reform (defined as having a future election that uses anything other than first-past-the-post voting with a magnitude of 1) would probably have made it more likely that you'd be able to deliver that.

I genuinely don't care if people first gain access to proportional representation or instant-runoff voting or a more significantly different voting system; I just want there to be fewer people burdened by governments that they don't support.

I note that the parliament is only prorogued, so it seems there could be a new session before an election. That suggests there will still be a chance for the current MPs to implement electoral reform.
