Killing Hitler wouldn't change anything. He simply joined an existing movement and became the head of it, but without him it'd simply have been someone else.

If you want to prevent ww2 and the Holocaust you probably have to change the treaties of Saint-Germain and Versailles and ensure close European collaboration starting after ww1 already

tl;dr do what they did after ww2 after ww1 already. With similar peace treaties after ww2 as after ww1 ww3 would've been inevitable.
