Why is Doofenshmirtz having tea with Percy? I thought Percy was with F&F and Doofenshmirtz was the bad guy?
I haven't ever seen an episode.
Doof is the bad guy. I don't know why he and Perry are having tea, I just looked up a random image of them. It's out of context.
