Obama's first term? And in the first place why the fuck do they keep the filibuster when it keeps getting used against them? That alone is ineffective governing. Also they're ineffective even in the executive branch so it's obviously not about the filibuster.
Idk I guess it's crazy that all it takes is 1 or 2 senators to block everything. Really, we should get rid of the senate.
