One would probably need coping mechanisms for that.

I almost have a couple of these, so I guess you could say I'm doing pretty well for a millennial.

That's what I did (retired now). By itself that wouldn't have been enough but I also did theatre for years, which rounded it all out really well.

Nice! Having wonderful family and friends is the ticket for me, I believe. And a lot of hobbies. Tons and tons of interests to keep my mind and body busy.
