When I lock my phone or Swipe out of element, I can hear the call but they can no longer hear me. (lemmy.ml)

Is this a setting in element? Is this a feature of matrix?

Is this possibly a permission of my GrapheneOS?

Is this perhaps your issue? https://github.com/element-hq/element-android/issues/8881

I had a friend encounter this, and apparently it's been fixed in a recent release.

(CCing others that had the same problem: @[email protected], @[email protected])
