It is literally bog standard in Europe, although sick leave you don't get paid fully in my country( unless it's part of the benefits package of the company), but having separate PTO is standard, I will have 30 days next year since I will have 33rd birthday next year so I get 5 extra days off.

Right now I have two days for a year. I'm at a new company. After a year of work I go up to 10 days. This is the maximum you ever get. America right?
