It seems that the MAGA movement is earily similar to what I learned about the Nazis before Hitler took office? Like blind obedience and hatred toward certain groups? Or am I wrong? Why? (lemmy.world)

Nothing. The Supreme Court has no oversight whatsoever and can rule that anything is legal (or illegal) with no way to challenge it.
