Don’t Trump call America a garbage can like a couple days before this guy made this joke? It seemed like just an extension of what Trump already said.

Yep.

That's how dictators work

They'll shit on top of the country and try a self fulfilling prophecy . Over time, people will believe it. They'll create a negative mindset

Then when they're elected they'll do the opposite. Their supporters will simply change their mindset.
