Yep!

Disabled Veterans: Ride free at all times by showing a Veteran's Identification Card issued by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs with the words "Service Connected" or "SC" below the photo. Call 612-467-1991 or visit the VA website for details.

And yeah, Minneapolis is fairly progressive, we've got some nice places like May Day Books and lots of things to do in the snow like skiing at Theodore Wirth Park ⛷
