Are you taking static electricity into account? I would not be doing this on a woolen carpet haha. You could screw up your circuitry if you don't have a grounded wire
i literally burnt the computer when i powered on without a heatsink😭
Hah, the picture reminded me of my first time opening up my laptop. Also burnt through, like open flame and hell of a stench.
