Maga is most wrong, but with tankies snapping at their ankles close behind.
At least we don't have many open magats on the fediverse, but if we did I could see the tankies teaming up with them to "own the libs"
And the funniest part is that they aren't owning libs. They're insulting leftists who don't like dictatorships, which is, you know, most of them.
Yeah, that's why I put it in scare quotes. To them, a "lib" is anyone less left than a bolshevik. Also synonymous with "fash" in their view, which is even funnier because liberalism and fascism are quite opposed to each other. And democratic socialism is neither...
So it's pretty funny when they start saying shit like "tankie is just a word that liberals use to demean anyone they disagree with." That couldn't be further from the truth though, because liberals don't call anyone tankies. That's a word I only ever hear leftists use to describe literal bolsheviks.
